THE DAY SHE DIED

 
I still can hear her footsteps
outside in the hall
and I would like to follow
her heavenly call.

What sense life ever had
it has lost it for me
the moment I lost her.
That's not the way it sould be!

Maybe she's in heaven now
and I hope she is all right
but I am not 'cause I've lost
my luck on the day she died.
